McDonald's in Gladbeck

The drive is extremely fast, but things are forgotten in between.

Always very friendly .... the point deduction is only due to the speed

Eating is great. But instead of a double chessburger I got a chili burger. Staff are unfriendly and the slide has not been cleaned for 30 years

The opening times are constantly changing! (This year for sure at least 3 times) There is never any of it on the Internet, just a sign on the restaurant or a sign in the Mcdrive

Mc Donalds is always good when you are in a strange city and don't know where to eat. Here you get the usual taste at the usual prices.

You should always check carefully when you order from mcdrive.

Unfortunately you couldn't order and pay at the cash registers. You linger too long at the so-called kiosks and in the end you forget something ?

Instead of saying that no table is free, they want to sit outside - when it rains under an umbrella and 9 degrees! Then insisted on a table inside, with grumbling that was then settled. Despite the quick delivery of the burgers, they weren't hot again, already here twice

Staff friendly, but eating is a real disaster compared to other branches.

I have always been well served here and at different times whether in the morning, at noon, in the evening or at night. Always friendly and the waiting time was limited

Overworked staff, even with low customer frequency. Orders are not implemented correctly e.g. you get to go even though the receipt says inside. In addition, you do not get the usual delicious coffee because the machine was set too hot and the coffee and cappuccino tastes sour.

We have: Just ordered everything was very tasty but 2 burgers were missing (5 € are gone!) Very annoying !!!! ??? Something is missing for every 2nd visit or large order! ???? Would love to give more stars but it works Not if something is always missing !!!!!!!! ?????????

We were there yesterday and were very satisfied. The food was there in less than 2 minutes, the staff really nice and helpful. Very hip and young company. I can only recommend it to everyone.

One of the better McDonald's, the order was (almost) correct, the service wasn't overbearing, but that was okay. I just don't understand what's so difficult about the two words big and small. I have never had a small menu before, and never visited a McDonald's.

Loved it. Cashier could not speak any english.

Very nice manager guy. Was open to any question. Just make sure you know some basic simple German for the other employees though, the manager seemed to be the only fluent English speaker, and he's not always able to help you when you have a question

I met someone here. Like all of my experiences so far, this was unproblematic from the point that I did not consume anything. Adapted to the current situation, there was a gangway and I had to register. Otherwise it was very clean here, the staff was very friendly and helpful, so nothing to complain about.

We have been waiting for our food for 35 minutes. And watch the burger have been lying on this hot plate for more than 20 minutes ... That does not work ... They rummage in this overloaded plate again and again in search of the right burger ... They are not anymore fresh as Mc Donalds promised. And the burger are just thrown into the packaging. See photo. When we finally got the food after 35 minutes, it was still cold. Then return it and get the money from the young lady without hesitation.

Been here after a staff outing with 15 colleagues. Order made via ordering machine and then it would be neatly brought to the table via corresponding number. Everything went wrong. 2 large fries were missing. Fishburger was cold. Small fries were not included. No caramel sauce with various Mcflury. In other words, an order where everything was missing. That it can go wrong can happen, but at least say sorry for the inconvenience. The 2 employees pretended that it was the most normal thing in the world that so much went wrong with 1 order

We had to wait for more than 80 minutes (2 menu's) and have asked a few times if we would still get the order. They said we would but we never received anything. When we asked our money back they had the worst attitude and said that we did get the order. A really nice guy (employee) tried to help us, but his lady boss (short grey hair) was extremely unfriendly to us and to the employees. We will never eat here again.

As all McDonald's it's good. But it's still a shame that (everywhere?) in Germany they don't have a fish or vegetarian option in happy meals.. Please change that.

It is just an ordinary Mc, but it is always crowded.

A few self service screens would help tame the chaos at the counter and make ordering easier for non German guests

The guy in the drive in even pours milk n sugar for you in your coffee so that you are ready to go.. Great & Friendly service, in and out. I'm not a MC Donalds fan but I love my fresh coffee ☕??
